1. Order Process
We offer two ordering options depending on whether you know your ring size at the time of purchase or prefer to measure it using our Ring Sizer Kit.
1.1 Ordering With the Ring Sizer Kit
If you choose the Ring Sizer Kit at checkout, the kit will be shipped after full payment has been completed.
You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to measure your finger and submit your ring size following the instructions provided.
Once your ring size is confirmed, your ring will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
If your ring size is not submitted within the 30-day period, shipment of your ring will be delayed until we receive your size information.
1.2 Ordering If You Already Know Your Ring Size
If you select your ring size directly at purchase, your ring will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, and no Ring Sizer Kit will be sent. business days, and no Ring Sizer Kit will be sent.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders within the European Union only.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, including both the Ring Sizer Kit and the final ring.
4. Processing Time
- Ring Sizer Kit: Ships within 1–2 business days after payment.
- Ring: Ships within 1–2 business days after size confirmation or direct size selection.
Customers receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a tracking number once their shipment has been dispatched.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within the EU is 3–10 business days from the shipment date.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination country.
6. Address Responsibility & Undeliverable Packages
6.1 Correct Address Information
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all shipping address details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
We cannot replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
6.2 Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is not collected in time and is returned to us, the customer will be refunded for the product.
However, shipping or return fees may be deducted in accordance with EU rules on unclaimed parcels.
6.3 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts (e.g., no one available to receive it, incorrect address, or inaccessible mailbox), the order may be returned to us.
The customer is responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping the order.
6.4 Delivery to Pickup Points
Depending on the carrier’s procedures, some shipments may be redirected to a local pickup point.
The customer is responsible for collecting the package within the timeframe specified by the carrier.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once the carrier marks the package as delivered according to the tracking information, the order is considered successfully received.
If you suspect an incorrect delivery or potential theft, please contact us promptly so we can assist in investigating the matter with the carrier.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- severe weather conditions
- traffic disruptions
- carrier delays or operational issues
- natural disasters
- government actions or restrictions
- major network outages
- war, conflict or political instability
- pandemics or public health emergencies
- other extraordinary or unforeseen events
Such circumstances may extend delivery times, and we cannot be held liable for delays resulting from these events.
9. Responsibility for the Shipment
In accordance with EU consumer regulations, we are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you.
Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible — preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged product and packaging
- a brief description of the issue
This information allows us to process your case efficiently and resolve the matter with the carrier.
Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
Customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email or via our contact form before the withdrawal period expires.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return under the withdrawal policy:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All accessories, manuals, packaging, and included items must be returned. Missing items may result in a deduction from the refund.
- A value deduction may be applied if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or function, as permitted under EU law.
- If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, we may reject the return or apply a reasonable value deduction in accordance with EU regulations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that return shipments are properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. We cannot issue refunds for products damaged due to inadequate return packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
- When using your 14-day withdrawal right, you are responsible for return shipping costs, in accordance with EU distance-selling rules.
- If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, we will cover all return shipping costs.
For your own protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return shipments sent without tracking.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Typical refund processing time ranges from 2 to 12 business days. In accordance with EU regulations, we may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received.
Exchanges & Incorrect / Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the product and packaging
- a brief description of the issue
We may request additional photos or videos to verify the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- customised or engraved products
- items returned in used or damaged condition
- products missing essential components or packaging
- items returned after the legal withdrawal period
These exclusions comply with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
Unclaimed Packages & Failed Deliveries
If a package is not collected or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the product cost will be refunded. Shipping and return fees may be deducted in accordance with EU rules for unclaimed or undeliverable parcels.
If you request re-shipment, additional delivery fees may apply.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or withdrawal request, please contact us and provide:
- your full name
- order number
- reason for return (optional for withdrawal; required for defective or incorrect items)
We will then provide detailed return instructions and the correct return address.
